Fuller gets late Reggae Boyz call

Tivoli Gardens FC winger Nickalia Fuller has replaced English-based player Demari Gray in the Reggae Boyz's 24-man squad for the do-or-die playoff matches for a spot at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Jamaica will face New Caledonia on March 26 in Guadalajara, Mexico, with a win setting up a decisive clash against DR Congo on March 31, which will determine who secures a place at the global tournament.

Gray, who plies his trade for Birmingham City in the English Championship, has withdrawn from the Jamaican squad due to injury.

Fuller, 21, who has been one of the top attacking players in the Jamaica Premier League, made his debut to the Reggae Boyz in 2025.

He has netted one goal in his two appearances for the country so far. The Reggae Boyz's local contingent is scheduled to leave to the island today.
