Young Boyz hunt second win
Jamaica will hunt their second win when they face-off against St Kitts & Nevis in the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Men's Under-20 championship at the Felix Sanchez Stadium in the Dominican Republic, today, starting 2 p.m. (1 p.m. local time).
In the second Group Four game, hosts Dominican Republic tackle Dominica at 4 p.m.
The Young Reggae Boyz edged Dominica, 2-1, in their opener two days ago. Another victory would put the Ricardo Gardner-coached team in a good position to gain an automatic qualification spot to the CFU final round later this year in Curacao.
It was a disappointing scoreline for the Boyz and they are looking to win tomorrow by a wider margin.
Boys' Town striker Shamar Nicholson, who scored a brace against Dominica, is again expected to lead Jamaica's hunt for goals.
Nicholson should get support from strike partner Jourdain Fletcher, as well as midfielders Luca Levee and Peter-Lee Vassell. The defence line will be marshalled by captain Jahwahni Hinds, Ajanie Talbott and Neville Morgan.
The four respective group winners and the best three runners-up will vie for the CFU Under-20 crown and spots in the CONCACAF Championships next year in Costa Rica,
