Fifty-three-year-old Byron Grey, a tour operator from Negril, was shot and killed late last night as he transported two male tourists along the West End main road in Negril.

The tourists were unharmed.

According to the Negril police, about 11:10 p.m., Grey was transporting the tourists in his Toyota Voxy minivan when two men, travelling on a motorcycle, rode up beside the vehicle.

The men brandished handguns and opened fire hitting Grey multiple times, resulting in him losing control of the vehicle, which crashed into a wall.
